Who we are looking for:

Global Cybersecurity Training & Awareness team manages and oversees a global Education and Awareness program. The goal of the Program is to create a company culture of vigilance around Cyber Security. The education and awareness program is focused on employees’ behavior with regard to cyber security behavior and best practices. The candidate will support the global program by assisting in the development and delivery of cyber awareness communications. The role will help to deliver regular communication to the organization or targeted groups through vehicles such as e-mail, the corporate Intranet, and collaborate. In addition, candidate will assist and contribute to additional projects and deliverables as they pertain to Global Cybersecurity and the Training and Awareness program This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for:

As Cyber Training and Awareness, Officer you will · Provide support for the Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program · Work with internal teams within GCS, GHR Learning & Development and Internal Communications to facilitate cyber awareness communications through Viva Engage, e-mail and GCS websites. · Assist with maintaining documentation within cyber awareness SharePoint sites. · Provide administrative support for training lead in tracking and follow-up of cyber awareness activities and regulatory responses.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:·

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related field experience

· 1-2 years' experience in corporate training and/or marketing/communications environment is beneficial · Experience in financial services industry, good knowledge and understanding of cyber security and/or information technology.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
