Who we are looking for

Identity and Access Management within Global Cyber Security is seeking a highly capable Assistant Vice President with an understanding of State Street’s IAM standards and SailPoint processes that support them. The AVP will join a highly collaborative team responsible for managing a wide range of IAM and SailPoint monitoring, oversight and reporting functions including a new function to manage annual review and update of Authorization Concepts documentation for a subset of critical applications.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to hold others accountable for deliverables. They have detailed understanding of IAM policies, standards and technical standards and demonstrated ability to explain them to technical and business partners. They understand separation of duties and toxic access and can apply them to specific access scenarios. They understand SailPoint functionality associated with key IAM standards.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As AVP IAM Oversight and Reporting you will

  • Assist management to establish BAU process for documenting Authorization Concepts in support of regulatory expectations
  • Coordinate annual Cross-Application Toxic Access Combination analysis and annual Multiple ID Monitoring exception review performed in support of previous regulatory remediations
  • Respond to questions related to IAM standards and technical standards from business and IT stakeholders
  • Coordinate change approval process for SailPoint birthright access and mover exclusions
  • Assist VP functional lead with various other IAM Oversight and Reporting functions

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or business field required
  • Experience with SailPoint or similar IAM platforms preferred

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
