We are seeking a hands-on, individual contributor Senior Manager of Demand Generation & Account-Based Execution (ABX) with 5-7 years of campaign planning and execution experience in cybersecurity or similarly complex enterprise B2B environments to drive Sales-qualified pipeline for SimSpace by executing industry-specific online & offline marketing campaigns.
This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in all aspects of demand generation & ABX. As an individual contributor, you’ll bring a genuine interest and natural tendency to collaborate closely across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute high-impact pipeline campaigns. In your first few months, you’ll seek to test & learn quickly to determine the most engaging messages and the most efficient channels for driving qualified pipeline to meet / exceed our pipeline goals on an industry-specific basis. You’ll then step on the gas to run optimized, online & offline, industry-specific campaigns at global scale, closely monitoring to ensure we’re driving pipeline in the most cost efficient manner possible. You’ll pay particular attention to our target accounts in each industry, ensuring that we’re engaging them with highly tailored messaging and offers throughout their buyer’s journey.
As a Marketing leader, you’ll act as the de facto orchestra conductor, working across the marketing team and cross-functionally to flawlessly execute thoughtful campaigns that attract new logos and expand existing accounts in a highly efficient manner. You’ll build and lead a marketing pipeline generation machine that continuously leverages data-driven insights and constructive feedback to optimize campaign outcomes and maximize ROI.
What you’ll be doing as the Senior Manager of Demand Generation & ABX at SimSpace:
Test & learn quickly to determine which channels are most efficient at driving pipeline on an industry-specific basis.
Execute multi-channel campaigns at scale to efficiently drive qualified pipeline that meets or exceeds our industry-specific pipeline goals.
Design and implement ABX strategies, processes, and software to educate, engage, and convert target accounts.
Plan & execute offline & online events on an industry-specific basis to help convert leads into qualified pipeline opportunities in the most efficient manner possible.
Partner very closely with Content and Digital Marketers as well as with Solution Architects, Sales, CS, and Product to ensure our messages and offers are appealing to our primary buyer personas within our ideal customer profiles.
Have a data-first approach to engage prospects showing active buying intent with the appropriate messages and calls to action to get them to convert.
Regularly analyze and report out on channel-specific campaign ROI performance.

Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and ROI-minded.
5-7 years of campaign planning and execution experience in cybersecurity or similarly complex enterprise B2B environments, targeting large enterprises.
Successful track record of implementing and managing ABX workflows, processes, and technology that are best practice-based.
Hands-on expertise with essential martech software, including Asana, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Hockeystack.
Expertise in executing mutli-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
Test/learn approach focused on continuously optimizing campaigns based on data and constructive feedback.
Proven track record of driving Sales-qualified pipeline from Fortune 500 enterprises in extremely close partnership with direct and indirect field-based Sales teams.
