Job Requirements:

• The Citrix Administrator will be a member of our federal client's Citrix environment, responsible the effective implementation and operation across the numerous remote locations.
• Position incudes installation, integration, troubleshooting, performance and problem management.
• Escalation support for the Citrix architecture and infrastructure.
• Intermediate knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers and switches.
• Interface with the Citrix end-user community to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Required to follow the organizations existing procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science degree with a minimum of two (2) years’ work experience
• Certification in Citrix a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop administration.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Positive customer-experience mindset when interacting with Citrix user community.
• Self-start attitude and dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
