We focus on the development and fielding of advanced sensors, AI and data analytics, and integrated human-machine decision making to help recognize and disrupt these threats. We specialize in collecting and processing a wide range of data types — including radar, video, imagery, text, point cloud, transactional, and body-worn sensor data — from both commercial and Laboratory-developed sensors. We often apply advanced machine learning methods to convert raw data into actionable insights about the activities of threat actors, networks, or organizations. Our ultimate goal is to field solutions that significantly enhance the decision-making process of analysts and operators who secure the homeland.
Job Description
An IT Systems Administrator is needed to support group day-to-day operations as well as field tests and data collections. This requires the ability to support multiple Operating System platforms such as Windows, MacOS and UNIX systems with proficiency. Work responsibilities include implementing and testing computer system installations, upgrades, and patches. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems is required. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision are required. The successful candidate will have knowledge of IT security practices and procedures and the ability to implement security controls and remediate vulnerabilities.
This position involves working on location in Lexington with occasional travel to local and remote field sites.
Requirements: Associates Degree in Information Technology or at least 4 years of relevant experience in an IT support role.
