Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Security Specialist to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) – Increment 1 (INC1) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe.

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains a Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Plan that
• properly identifies and mitigates supply chain risks and utilizes all current and successor publications
• (e.g., NIST 800-161 and NIST 800-53). Analyzes policies and procedures against Federal laws and regulations and provides
• recommendations to close or mitigate open security findings.
• * Develops strategies to comply with privacy, risk management, and e-authentication requirements.
• Use SCRM tools including GIDEP, Intelligent logistics platform and Leidos’ Strategic Hunt & Adversary Detection, using Open-source Warnings and indicators (SHADOW) to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain process.
• Performs comprehensive analysis of various factors that could impact the smooth flow of goods and services, ensuring resilience and continuity to avoid disruptions.
• Leads development, implementation, and execution of C-SCRM and SCRM plan.
• Coordinates with Leidos, Leidos Partners and Government logistics and cyber security organizations to validate suppliers and transportation providers that compose the AGUN supply chain.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-12+ years of related experience or a Masters and 6-10+ years of related experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework.
• IAT II, OS
• US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within Army’s IT infrastructure.
• DoD 8570 certifications.
• Agile certified practitioner. Secret security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
