Job Description

CyberArk is seeking a Services Operations Intern to help support integrating new customers. As a valued team member, you will be helping for several months to onboard new customers and assist with activating user access. The second portion of this internship will involve hands-on project-based work as you help support the other activities during customer onboarding. You will gain valuable experience assisting with scheduling reviews and learning systems and delving into business operations. You will report to the Training and Access Operations Manager and work closely and cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders within Service Excellence, Security Services, Customer Success, and Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support to customers and partners and resolve open cases.
• Provision access to the CyberArk Technical Community and CyberArk University (training), ensuring correct access level and resolving a wide variety of access-related issues daily.
• Participate in service operations projects to facilitate customer onboarding.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior collegiate experience (Co-Op program students included)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Open to learning new systems and tools, such as Salesforce.com
• Interest in operations, customer support, or a business systems role
• Smart, bold, but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk colleagues
