Job Description
The Associate Director, Information Systems & User Experience implements a seamless digital user experience (UX) for the members of the Center for Corporate Citizenship that allows BCCCC to deliver the most relevant content and opportunities to all of our prospects, members, and program attendees. This position is responsible for managing the integration of web, email, knowledge management, CRM, registration and other applications that allow members to self-serve and request assistance with purchases, downloads, courses, and member networking opportunities—both online and in-person.
This role manages the selection, integration, and management of technology applications, platforms, and software systems for the Center for Corporate Citizenship and coordinates efforts to ensure that the membership-based organization is maximizing technology-enable methods for managing membership, marketing new programs, and providing knowledge, training, and networking opportunities to its 400+ corporate members.
This person must provide planning and expertise, in systems analysis and design and in project management. The person must have experience addressing end users' system and information requirements by analyzing complex processes in order to determine appropriate applications packages, design new applications or provide enhancements to existing applications. This role manages project implementations, and orchestrates Information Technology and business resources to employ successful business solutions through use of technology.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $85,800 to $107,250; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements:
Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years related management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Expert knowledge of relational databases, cloud-based applications, Structured Query Language (SQL), Javascript, JSON, XML, HTML, and CSS; Experience working with Application programming interfaces (API) - analyzes, designs, develops, codes and implements programs in one or more programming languages; Ability to support applications with an understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting; Excellent analytical skills for application and report specification development; must be able to communicate well with personnel of varying technical expertise in order to translate their business needs.
